Our Story
Build Link Ltd was created to solve a simple problem on Irish construction sites and in busy warehouses – clients need reliable people who actually turn up and finish the work to the required standard.
With a background working on the tools, supervising teams and dealing with real-world site and factory pressures, Build Link’s management team understands both sides:
- The pressure that main contractors and warehouse operators face on programme, quality and productivity, and
- The reality of managing crews, tools, deliveries and day-to-day issues.

To connect contractors and warehouse operators with dependable labour and finishing trades, so projects and operations can run safely, on time and to specification.

We look after our lads so they can look after your job – with proper communication, planning and respect on both sides.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Safety is built into everything we do:
- All operatives are expected to hold valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling as a minimum (where required).
- Site-specific and warehouse-specific inductions and additional tickets are arranged as needed.
- We follow the principal contractor’s or facility’s safety rules and reporting procedures.
- Build Link maintains appropriate public and employer’s liability insurance.
We are continually improving our systems for timesheets, training records and documentation so that working with us is as simple and transparent as possible.
